Challenge: Repetitive server operations — provisioning, patching and compliance — ran by hand across a large estate, with slow turnaround and inconsistent results.
Solution: Implemented BMC Server Automation job orchestration and designed TrueSight Orchestrator workflows chaining provisioning, patching and compliance validation end-to-end, including incident-triggered self-healing.
Architecture: Orchestrator grid with configuration-distribution and activity peers; reusable, parameterised workflows using HTTP, REST, CLI, database and web-service adapters; RSCD role mapping and ACLs.
Outcome: Operations became repeatable and auditable. Workflows are idempotent and safe to re-run, with centralised logging, retries and fallback paths.

Solution: Installed the BSA core, designed PXE bare-metal provisioning, a full patch lifecycle with rollback, and compliance rules with automated remediation — integrated with BMC Network Automation.
Architecture: Application, file, PXE and NSH-proxy servers; RBAC with TLS-secured RSCD and ACL policies; Smart Groups for dynamic targeting; coordinated server and network change workflows.
